For the couple who has planned their dream wedding but wants to be fully present when the day arrives. Beginning one month before your wedding, we step in to finalize timelines, communicate with vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, and manage the details from setup to celebration. You and your loved ones get to enjoy every moment while we handle everything behind the scenes.

Your Questions, Answered
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the better! We recommend booking 8-12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding dates. However, we happily accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Whether you're newly engaged or just a few months away, we'd love to hear from you!
What if my venue already has a coordinator?
Venue coordinators typically focus on the venue itself, while a wedding coordinator focuses on you and your entire celebration. We manage your vendors, timelines, personal details, and unexpected hiccups so nothing falls on you or your loved ones. We love working alongside venue coordinators to make sure every aspect of your day runs seamlessly!
How much does wedding planning cost?
We offer three levels of service, from wedding day coordination to full-service planning, because every couple needs a different level of support. Pricing depends on the services you choose, your wedding location, and the details of your celebration. Reach out to tell us a little about your wedding, and we'll help you find the best fit!
Do you travel for weddings, and are there additional fees?
While we're based in Southern Utah, we happily serve couples throughout Utah, Southern Nevada, and beyond! Travel fees are calculated based on your wedding location and may include mileage and overnight accommodations when necessary. Any additional travel costs will be clearly outlined in your personalized proposal so there are no surprises!
